// 01. The Service

Galactic Mails is a cold email outreach platform that allows users to connect their own email accounts (via SMTP) and send outbound email campaigns to contact lists they provide or generate.

// 02. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

// 03. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and connecting email/SMTP credentials.

// 04. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibility for Outreach

Galactic Mails is a tool. You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns, the contact lists you upload or use, and your compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, or equivalent local regulations) that apply to your outreach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is violating these terms, without prior notice, particularly in cases involving spam complaints, abuse reports, or illegal activity.

// 05. Your Data & Content

• You retain ownership of the lead lists, contact data, and content you upload to the Platform.
• By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.
• You represent that you have the legal right to upload, use, and send to any contact data you provide through the Service.
• We are not responsible for verifying the legality of your contact lists or the legal basis you have for contacting the individuals on them — that responsibility rests with you.

// 06. SMTP Credentials

By connecting your email account, you authorize us to use your provided SMTP credentials solely to send campaigns on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. Credentials are encrypted and used only at runtime for this purpose.

// 07. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party tools (such as email verification and, in the future, payment processing) to operate. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or performance of these third parties, though we select them carefully.

// 08. Fees & Payment

Details on subscription plans, pricing, and billing (including our future Merchant of Record integration) will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

// 09. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

// 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

// 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactic Mails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including any legal consequences resulting from your outreach campaigns, contact lists, or compliance failures.

// 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Galactic Mails harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, your outreach campaigns, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

// 13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

// 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
