Galactic Mails is a tool that helps you send outreach — we do not vet your lists or campaigns before they go out, and using the Service does not make your outreach legally compliant. That responsibility is yours.
// 02. Lists & Contacts
You may only send to contacts:

You have a legitimate, good-faith reason to believe are relevant business or professional contacts, or

Who have a reasonable expectation of being contacted based on public professional information (e.g., B2B outreach), or

Who have otherwise given you permission to contact them
You must NOT:

Upload or use purchased, scraped, or rented lists that violate the terms of the source or applicable law

Send to contacts who have previously unsubscribed, opted out, or asked not to be contacted

Use lists obtained through hacking, data breaches, or other illegal means

Send to invalid, harvested, or randomly generated email addresses
// 03. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not use the Service to send campaigns that:

Are fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (including false sender identity or misleading subject lines)

Contain phishing attempts, malware, or malicious links

Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or business

Promote illegal products, services, or activities

Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

Impersonate another person, brand, or company without authorization
// 04. Unsubscribes & Opt-Outs

You must honor unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly and must not re-contact anyone who has opted out.

You are responsible for monitoring and acting on unsubscribe activity from your campaigns, which is available to you on your account dashboard.
// 05. Volume, Deliverability & Abuse Monitoring
We monitor for patterns commonly associated with spam or abuse (e.g., high bounce rates, high spam-complaint rates, mass unsolicited sending). Accounts showing patterns consistent with abuse may be flagged, throttled, suspended, or terminated to protect the deliverability and integrity of our sending infrastructure for all users.
// 06. Consequences of Violations
Depending on severity, we may:

Warn you and request corrective action

Temporarily suspend sending capability

Permanently terminate your account

Report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required
We reserve the right to take any of these actions at our discretion, without a refund for prepaid fees, if you violate this Policy.
